In phase II, MARVEL funded four Agility Plus projects, specifically devised for integrating new junior women PIs, with a 2-year support for a PhD student. Some projets are continuing in phase III. Moreover, we plan to continue supporting this funding scheme with either a new call for Agility Plus partners to join the phase III projects or targeted funds for PIs identified as providing an ideal complement to the ongoing research.
