Ig Nobel Award Tour Show

On March 23, EPFL will welcome for the first time the Ig Nobel Award Tour Show, with Marc Abrahams and a line-up of Ig Nobel Prize winners, with the support of the NCCR MARVEL.

The Ig Nobel Prizes honor achievements that makes people laugh, and then think. The prizes are intended to celebrate the unusual, honor the imaginative — and spur people's interest in science, medicine, and technology.

Marc Abrahams, father of the annual Ig Nobel Prize ceremony and editor of Annals of Improbable Research will present will introduce a line-up of Ig Nobel Prize winners who will give a talk on their award-winning research.
