In MARVEL phase I, Leopold Talirz was a postdoc in the group of Berend Smit. In MARVEL phase II, he was a postdoc in the Open Science Platform. He was also a member of the MARVEL data team. He went then to industry (Microsoft and then Schott) and you can read about his experience here.
