Meet the #NCCRWomen

Meet the NCCR women! To celebrate the 50th anniversary of women obtaining the right to vote in Switzerland, the 22 active NCCRs have joined forces in a campaign showing how in these 50 years women have come to occupy a central place in research in almost all scientific fields.

From Women’s Day on March 8th, to October 31st, the 50th anniversary of the women's first vote in Switzerland, these female researchers will be showing you who they are, what they do and why they are doing it.

First up, from 8th March, NCCR Microbiomes, Microbial Communities in Health and Environment , will take a week to introduce you to their researchers, with a different NCCR taking over the YouTube and Instagram channel every week. The women of NCCR MARVEL will be taking over from 27 September to 1st October.
