Daniele Passerone is head of the Atomistic Simulations group of the nanotech@surfaces laboratory at Empa. Since 2022, he is also professor at ETHZ. Within MARVEL phase I, he was a group leader in Vertical Project 2. In phase II, he has been a group leader in Design & Discovery Project 3. Within phase III, May 2022 – July 2026, he was a project leader of the Continued Support, Advanced Simulation Methods.
